To assist in the sales process, we offer two interactive classroom workshop programs that are heavily influenced and framed around our years of experiences with emerging high technology firms. One of these helps in the strategic planning process, while the other explores the differences between selling in North America vs Europe. Both are targeted to help you generate sales.
Jump starting Sales in North America
Selling in North America is very different than in Europe for many reasons. Road Warrior members have lived and worked in Europe long enough to understand the differences of doing business in North America vs Europe, including the more subtle differences of each European country. We communicate these differences in a seminar environment as well as in a working role in helping to establish and initially operate a sales channel. We have worked with European clients on market preparedness, sales strategies, sales presentations, channel strategies, channel recruitment, key customer sales, sales manager recruitment, employment packages, marketing partnerships – everything it takes from advice to hands on execution. We often start with some techniques discussed in Sales Development
Tuning your Strategy
Do you have the right product and value proposition for your North
American target customers? Early choices of the the wrong product
features or the wrong market can result in dozens of wasted man-years
of development - caused by factors both inside and outside your
control. We have some proven techniques to avoid the former. Our
Strategic Planning workshop focuses
on better understanding of the customers pain points and to ensure
that a great "technology" produces great revenue as well.
This course is not specific to European companies.... in fact it
has been given many times with US firms.
Domain Expertise Networking
We have been working in high technology
areas for an average of 30 years each, and have deep roots in many
areas of electronic hardware, system, and software products, or
are closely networked into many adjacent areas. If we cannot assist
you, we can give you a referral to those who can.
