Jeff Weigel, BSEE, began his career at Motorola, where helped structure and manage a nationwide sales force. He has since held numerous management positions with Vitesse Semiconductor including Managing Director - European Sales and Vice President Strategic Customers. Prior to Vitesse Jeff was Vice President of Sales at GARCO (a National Semiconductor subsidiary. He is currently on the advisory board of two companies. As a co-founder of the RoadWarriorGroup, Jeff utilizes the cross ocean experiences he has gained from setting up and managing sales channels and operations for companies on both continents. Jeff has a BSEE from Lafayette College, and lives in Southern California.
Ben Warren, MSEE, for the last ten years has been involved in Telecom businesses first with Bay Networks and then with Nortel where he served in a business development role, as well as assisting in financial investments for strategic Nortel interests. In the 1990s' he was a GM for Chips and Technology, was VP of engiineering for Weitek, and managed the US design centers for VLSI technology. He began his career designing MOS circuits in 1971 at Intel as the project engineer on the 8008 microprocessor. After nine years at Intel and making the rounds of memory, processor, codec and filter designs, he co-founded a speech recognition firm that was later purchased. Doug Lyons, BSEE/MBA with 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development and customer support in organizations of all sizes. His experience includes Motorola Semiconductor, Daisy Systems, VP of Emerging Technology at Mentor Graphics, founder of several startups, and board member of several companies. His industry experience includes Semiconductor, Design Automation, Wireless-Internet, Power, Enterprise Software, and Contract Manufacturing. He has developed and facilitates The Results Workshop - A CEOs tool for making the company more customer-centric by integrating everyone into the Results Process.
.Adam Fletcher, MBA with over 22 years experience in the semiconductor industry in Europe, USA and Japan. His experience includes Procurement Systems, Sales Management, Strategic and Tactical Product Marketing, European Operational Management and Global Corporate Management. Adam has established, developed and managed, large multi-disciplined teams, generating sales revenues of $50M+pa. He has been directly involved with corporate acquisitions, disposals, HYB and IPO funding. Over the last 18 years Adam has worked directly with the development of many leading emerging Semiconductor companies with particular emphasis on OEM customer focused, regional and global demand creation, sales and marketing communication programmes.
